• Please use the chair on a flat and stable surface.
• Do not stand on the seat or use it as a step or support platform.
• Avoid applying excessive impact or concentrating heavy loads on a single point.
• Take care to prevent fingers or hands from being caught during assembly or folding. In particular, do not allow children to assemble or fold the chair.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and do not use the chair in rainy conditions.
• Placing hot items directly on the seat may cause damage or marks; use a protective mat if necessary.
• Keep the chair away from open flames or heat sources.
• If the seat becomes wet, wipe it dry with a clean cloth and allow it to fully dry before use.
• Use a mild, neutral detergent when cleaning the seat fabric.
• Before use, always check for any deformation, damage, or defects. Do not use the chair if any abnormalities are found.

• Depending on the weight and volume of the product, shipments may be dispatched in multiple parcels.
• Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Delivery dates may change depending on production schedules.
• Pre-orders are dispatched sequentially based on the announced shipping schedule, and we are working to ensure the fastest possible delivery processing.
• In-stock items may be subject to change. Payment completion is considered confirmation of purchase, and items are automatically dispatched once stock arrives.
• For returns due to a change of mind, round-trip shipping costs will be charged to the customer. Please consider carefully before purchasing.

• Please inspect the product indoors upon delivery. Checking outdoors may cause damage.
• When unpacking, place a groundsheet or vinyl underneath to prevent damage.
• If the item is not defective (including simple exchanges), round-trip shipping costs apply.
• Additional shipping fees may apply depending on size, weight, and number of boxes.
• Any loss or damage caused by inadequate packaging during return may be deemed the customer’s responsibility. Please pack carefully.

• Minor marks such as manufacturing scratches or glue residue that do not affect performance are not eligible for free exchange or return.
• Damage caused by incorrect use or handling may be treated as paid warranty service.
• If the box has been opened or the vinyl packaging is damaged solely for content inspection, order cancellation may be accepted. However, if individual components are damaged and the product can no longer be resold, cancellation may be restricted.

Returns / Exchanges Not Accepted In the Following Cases:

• Loss or damage due to customer responsibility
• Damage caused by use or partial consumption
• Natural wear over time after purchase
• Damage caused by wind, rain, snow, or other natural conditions after use
• Improper setup, dismantling, or storage
• Damage caused by dust, mould, condensation, or water ingress
• Damage due to poor handling or misuse
• Normal wear or ageing of materials
• Installation on unsuitable ground (e.g. sharp branches, rocks)

Important Notes:

• Please confirm all components and colour before camping (colour is marked on the box).
• Each tent is fully inflated and inspected after production. Minor floor marks or light stains may occur during inspection and are not considered defects, therefore not eligible for exchange or return.
