🚚Processing Time

We offer the following shipping methods :

• Australia-wide shipping : 3-7 business days

  (Delivery may take longer outside VIC/NSW or in remote areas. Please allow extra time when booking your campsite)
  *Additional shipping fees may apply for NT, TAS, WA or remote.
  *Please note that deliveries may be delayed toward the end of the year and the beginning of the new year due to increased shipping volumes.

• International Shipping : 20 - 50 business days (depends on the country)

All orders include free shipping with no minimum spend.

✈️International Shipping

“Are you worried about customs duties?”
Please don’t worry. We handle all customs procedures on your behalf, and custom duties and taxes are already included in the shipping fee.

We ship to the following countries: [Oceania, North & South America, Europe, the United Arab Emirates, the Middle East, Asia, and South Africa.]
(Please note that shipping to certain countries may be subject to restrictions.)

⚠️Please note that international orders from some other countries in Europe may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. (Please email us before checking out for further clarification) For international shipments, please note that in rare cases, shipments may be subject to additional customs inspections, which can result in delivery delays of up to approximately two weeks. As this is a matter beyond our control, such delays cannot be considered a valid reason for cancellation, refund, or return. We strongly recommend that you schedule your camping trip only after you have received your product.

 

📦Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using this number on our website or the carrier's website.

*For Australian orders, tracking numbers are provided within 2-3 days.
*For international orders, tracking numbers are available 3–5 days after purchase.

*Please note that for some countries, including parts of Europe or New Zealand tracking numbers may not be available due to carrier limitations.

⛔️Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Due to the nature of camping equipment, many products are heavy and bulky, which may result in higher shipping costs compared to standard parcels. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. For bulky items, additional shipping fees may apply to certain areas (e.g., mountainous regions, islands, etc.). To prevent damage during transit, some products may be shipped disassembled or partially assembled. Simple assembly instructions and detailed information are provided in each product description.

Due to the high value of the products, upon delivery, you can either sign for and receive the package directly, or if direct receipt is difficult, you can request the delivery person to leave it at your doorstep after contacting you.

😢Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
