- We recommend using a pump for deflation. COREO features a secure triple-valve system designed to prevent air leakage, so releasing air without a pump may be difficult. Using the dedicated pump allows for fast and convenient inflation and deflation.
- Inflate only until the centre feels firm.
- Compatible with the Coody Smart Pump. Inflate up to 2 PSI, then adjust the air to achieve your preferred level of comfort.

- Depending on the product’s weight and volume, items may be shipped in multiple parcels.
- For remote areas and island regions, additional shipping fees may apply.
- Delivery dates may change depending on production schedules.
- Pre-order items are shipped sequentially according to the announced schedule. While we aim for the fastest possible dispatch, actual shipping dates may vary. Orders are confirmed upon payment, and items will be automatically dispatched once restocked.

- Upon receiving your product, please inspect it indoors and check carefully for any defects.
- As parts may not be available for separate purchase, please ensure all components are included before use.
- When opening the product, place it on cardboard, a ground sheet, or vinyl to prevent damage.
- If damage occurs due to customer negligence, exchange and return shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Products returned with damaged packaging or signs of use may be considered customer fault, limiting exchange or refund eligibility. Please pack items securely when returning.

CAUTIONS FOR USE
- Recommended air pressure is 1 PSI. For a softer feel, inflate with slightly less air.
- Inflate until the centre feels firm, then stop.
- COREO features a secure triple-valve system; deflation without a pump may be difficult. Pump use is recommended.
- Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may damage the product.
- Avoid long-term storage in a folded state to maintain durability.
- In winter or sub-zero conditions, fully inflate and allow the mattress to unfold naturally before folding again to prevent cracking.
- Do not use on gravel, sharp stones, or rough surfaces. For added protection, place a mat or tarp underneath.
- Check the valve and spring pin before storage. Ensure the valve spring pin is secured; storing it in an open position may cause malfunction.
- Do not use near oil, gas stoves, heaters, or open flames.
- Do not use in water or extremely humid environments. Moisture intrusion may cause damage.
- Avoid placing sharp objects on the mattress.
- For cleaning, wipe gently with a soft cloth and mild detergent. (Multiple wipes may be required for full removal.)
- Washing machines, dryers, and tumble dryers are not suitable. Use a separate cover if needed.
- Avoid placing heavy electronic equipment directly on the mattress without a protective layer.
- Air chamber size may vary slightly depending on usage environment, temperature, and air pressure.
