Coody Air Tent 17.2 FAMILIA PRO Inflatable Tent

1. Delivery dates may vary slightly depending on the estimated production and shipping schedule.
2. Due to limited stock, sales may close earlier than expected.
3. The tent weight is 55 kg. Please ensure this is checked before purchasing.
4. A large tarp (fly) is included as a complimentary item and can fully cover both the tent roof and canopy. When used together, it helps protect the tent during adverse weather conditions.
5. The front room floor is detachable and made of poly fabric, while the rear room floor is a fixed, heavy-duty PVC construction.
6. Complimentary TPU window panels are detachable and can be removed when not in use for lighter camping.
7. The canvas fabric provides excellent ventilation, making it suitable for warm-weather camping. Although lightweight, the fabric has a water resistance rating of 1,000 mm. A complimentary poly tarp (fly) is included for use during rainy conditions.
8. Beige tents come with beige air poles. Khaki, Black, and Grey tents come with grey air poles.
9. Electric pump, poles, and ground sheet are sold separately.
10. Product colour labels are marked on the box. Please check all components and colours before heading out for camping.
11. The tent floor is detachable and made of standard mesh fabric. A urethane (TPU) door is sold separately as an optional accessory.
12. Additional door docking is available at the front of the tent.

15. Returns due to a simple change of mind are accepted within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are borne by the purchaser.
16. Pro-to-Pro connection requires a dedicated Pro docking connector. Pro to other tent connections require a separate connector (currently in production).

• Due to the nature of cotton-blend canvas, minor water seepage may occur along seam lines.
• This is a natural characteristic of cotton canvas during the sizing and stitching process.
  Performance will improve significantly after 2–3 setup and dry cycles.
• Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause colour fading.
• When used in humid or rainy environments, water absorption marks may appear.
  These usually fade once dried but may leave traces due to environmental factors.
• Areas under high tension may show visible needle holes.
• Due to the natural properties of cotton fabric, dust marks, oil traces, or residue may be visible.
• Strict safety and cleanliness inspections are carried out during manufacturing; however, minor marks may still occur due to dyeing processes or trace oils.
• Each completed tent undergoes test inflation and inspection prior to shipment.
  As a result, minor marks on the tent floor may be present. This applies to all units and is not considered a defect.
• Using the tent outdoors after inspection may result in dirt or grass stains, which may make returns or exchanges difficult.
• Please allow sufficient time between the estimated delivery date and your planned camping schedule.
• For quality inspection, each tent is inflated and tested 3–4 times before shipment.
  Minor marks on the tent floor are unavoidable and do not indicate a faulty product.

• Depending on the weight and volume of the product, shipments may be dispatched in multiple parcels.
• Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Delivery dates may change depending on production schedules.
• Pre-Orders are dispatched sequentially based on the announced shipping schedule, and we are working to ensure the fastest possible delivery processing.
• In-stock items may be subject to change. Payment completion is considered confirmation of purchase, and items are automatically dispatched once stock arrives.
• For returns due to a change of mind, round-trip shipping costs will be charged to the customer. Please consider carefully before purchasing.

• Set up the tent on flat ground and have at least two people for setup and pack-down.
• When inflating, open only the small upper valve. When deflating, open all valves. Keep valves fully closed during normal use.
• Ensure air tubes are not twisted before inflating. Do not apply excessive force, as this may damage the tubes or interior.
• In wet or windy conditions, use an additional tarp to protect exposed areas.
• Keep all flames and heat sources away from the tent, and ensure adequate ventilation at all times.
• Prolonged exposure to strong sunlight may cause coating wear or colour fading.
• Air pressure may drop with temperature changes. Reinflate once before sleeping if needed.
• For safety, a heater is recommended instead of an open flame stove.

• Please inspect the product indoors upon delivery. Checking outdoors may cause damage.
• When unpacking, place a groundsheet or vinyl underneath to prevent damage.
• If the item is not defective (including simple exchanges), round-trip shipping costs apply.
• Additional shipping fees may apply depending on size, weight, and number of boxes.
• Any loss or damage caused by inadequate packaging during return may be deemed the customer’s responsibility. Please pack carefully.
• For exchange, return, or warranty claims, submit clear photos or videos for faster processing. (claim: info@coody.com.au)
• Minor marks such as manufacturing scratches or glue residue that do not affect performance are not eligible for free exchange or return.
• Damage caused by incorrect use or handling may be treated as paid warranty service.
• If the box has been opened or the vinyl packaging is damaged solely for content inspection, order cancellation may be accepted.
  However, if individual components are damaged and the product can no longer be resold, cancellation may be restricted.

Returns / Exchanges Not Accepted In the Following Cases:

• Loss or damage due to customer responsibility
• Damage caused by use or partial consumption
• Natural wear over time after purchase
• Damage caused by wind, rain, snow, or other natural conditions after use
• Improper setup, dismantling, or storage
• Damage caused by dust, mould, condensation, or water ingress
• Damage due to poor handling or misuse
• Normal wear or ageing of materials
• Installation on unsuitable ground (e.g. sharp branches, rocks)

Important Notes:

• Please confirm all components and colour before camping (colour is marked on the box).
• Each tent is fully inflated and inspected after production. Minor floor marks or light stains may occur during inspection and are not considered defects, therefore not eligible for exchange or return.
