*Product Inspection Upon Delivery
- Please inspect the product indoors immediately upon delivery to check for any damage or manufacturing defects.
- If immediate inspection is not possible, we strongly recommend checking the product as soon as possible within 14 days.
- When cutting open the box tape, please take care not to damage the tent, especially when using sharp tools such as cutters or scissors.
- If indoor inspection is not feasible, please inspect the product outdoors on a clean ground sheet or protective mat to prevent damage to the base of the tent.
