• Please inspect the product indoors upon delivery. Checking outdoors may cause damage.
• When unpacking, place a groundsheet or vinyl underneath to prevent damage.
• If the item is not defective (including simple exchanges), round-trip shipping costs apply.
• Additional shipping fees may apply depending on size, weight, and number of boxes.
• Any loss or damage caused by inadequate packaging during return may be deemed the customer’s responsibility. Please pack carefully.

• Minor marks such as manufacturing scratches or glue residue that do not affect performance are not eligible for free exchange or return.
• Damage caused by incorrect use or handling may be treated as paid warranty service.
• If the box has been opened or the vinyl packaging is damaged solely for content inspection, order cancellation may be accepted. However, if individual components are damaged and the product can no longer be resold, cancellation may be restricted.

Returns / Exchanges Not Accepted In the Following Cases:

• Loss or damage due to customer responsibility
• Damage caused by use or partial consumption
• Natural wear over time after purchase
• Damage caused by wind, rain, snow, or other natural conditions after use
• Improper setup, dismantling, or storage
• Damage caused by dust, mould, condensation, or water ingress
• Damage due to poor handling or misuse
• Normal wear or ageing of materials
• Installation on unsuitable ground (e.g. sharp branches, rocks)

Important Notes:

• Please confirm all components and colour before camping (colour is marked on the box).
• Each tent is fully inflated and inspected after production. Minor floor marks or light stains may occur during inspection and are not considered defects, therefore not eligible for exchange or return.
